Your account

Provide accurate contact details, keep your sign-in and recovery information secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must have authority to register a domain for the named registrant.

Domain orders

A search result or saved quote does not reserve a domain. Availability and prices are checked again before registration. Review the spelling, registrant details, nameservers, registration term, currency and total before confirming. Registration is complete only when the registrar confirms it.

Domain registrations are also subject to the Registrar Registrant Agreement and applicable registry policies. You must accept that agreement before ordering and respond to required contact-verification requests.

Wallet and payments

Live wallet funds are credited after payment verification. A checkout redirect alone is not confirmation. Test funds have no purchasing value and cannot fund live orders. The checkout shows the actual charge currency; other currency displays may be estimates.

Order funds may be reserved while registration is processing. Confirmed failed orders release their reservation. If the registrar result is uncertain, the order remains under review until its outcome is checked to avoid duplicate registration or charges.

Renewals, cancellations and refunds

Registration and renewal prices can differ. Review the renewal date and current price in your account. Do not assume automatic renewal is active unless your account explicitly confirms it. Contact support before expiry if you need assistance.

Contact support about cancellation, incorrect charges or refunds. Completed domain registrations may not be reversible under registrar or registry rules. Refund eligibility depends on the order outcome, applicable provider rules and your statutory rights. A wallet credit is not confirmation that a refund has reached your original payment method.

Use and support

Do not use the service for fraud, abuse or unlawful activity, or infringe the rights of others. Services marked as coming soon are not available for purchase. Contact support for service problems or complaints. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
